New Online Ordering Platform: Important Dates
Connecticut Foodshare will move online ordering from Agency Express to PWW in July. This new system will be more user-friendly for partners with updates like live inventory and a simpler ordering process. We are working hard to minimize disruption. Here are some important dates in the conversion process.
- Tuesday, 6/25, 5PM – Agency Express shuts down. Orders through July 5 should be submitted no later than this time.*
- Friday, 6/28 – No order pickups or deliveries.
- Monday, 7/1 – PWW online ordering opens at 12:00 Noon for orders beginning July 8. No order pickups until 10AM (all locations).
*Orders placed for fulfillment between 6/25 and 7/5 will have limited availability on dairy/produce due to the longer ordering window.
