More than 400,000 people in Connecticut struggle with hunger.
Hunger 101 is an interactive food insecurity experience that will help you understand that struggle and learn how you can help.
Hunger 101 participants experience firsthand what it’s like to struggle with poverty and food insecurity in Connecticut. Hunger 101 captures the daily stress of hunger as you try to feed your family for a day with limited or no resources.
Hunger 101 is a 60-minute group learning experience for people age 12 and older. Connecticut Food Bank can deliver the program at your site or at one of our facilities. The program is adaptable for small or large groups. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 203-469-5000 to schedule Hunger 101 for your group.
